Personal absence bookings The employee balances page has been rebuilt to adapt to each policy's shape. Accrual policies (like PTO) show Allowance / Booked / Taken / Remaining plus a plain-language explanation of how leave builds up and when the next tranche lands. Sick leave and other uncapped policies collapse to a single Taken tile, no allowance maths where there's no cap to compare against.

The most common absence support query "my balance looks wrong" disappears, because accrual, probation cliffs, and reservations are all visible in plain English on the card. Employees see the working, so they stop asking HR to explain it.
