Multiple concurrent compensations When an employee works more than one role or is paid at multiple concurrent rates, you can record each on the compensation card as a live record. Each record can carry its own pay code, and the payrun pays them all in a single run. Particularly useful for businesses where staff cross role or rate boundaries within the same period.
Onboarding
Customise Onboarding Sections Onboarding forms can now include any standard or custom profile section, so the data you collect from joiners matches how your profile is actually structured. You can stagger the data collection over multiple stages too.
Growth
View results as Employee Managers can now preview results report as it would be visible to the employee.
Attendance
Auto-populate Rota from Schedule A new Rota action can populate the week's shifts directly from the schedule pattern, so recurring rotas no longer need to be rebuilt shift-by-shift each week.
Custom Pattern Override: FTE or hours When configuring a custom work pattern, choose whether to enter FTE percentage or actual hours, whichever is easier for the pattern you're modelling.
Payroll
Tiered Pension contributions Support for banded pension contribution rates (NHS-style), where the employee's contribution percentage varies by salary band.
Documents and Forms
Smart Templates with Multiple Records So far, you could only pull current records into Smart Templates. Now, when an employee has multiple effective records (more than one address on file or future-dates compensation records) you can select which record to use when generating a document.
Larger attachments The attachment size limit has been raised to 20 MB, so heavier files (scans, high-resolution PDFs, image-rich documents) can be uploaded without splitting or compression.
Return for edit Approvers can now return a request for for editing, sending it back to the employee in order to update, rather than rejecting outright. Useful for any forms that need a tweak rather than a full rejection.
Talent
ZipRecruiter feed ZipRecruiter now has its own board-specific XML schema (joining LinkedIn and Indeed), so postings syndicate correctly to ZipRecruiter's format from the Job Boards page.
Mobile
Onboarding stages Employees can now complete onboarding in stages on mobile phones
Widgets update New redesigned widgets, also allowing drag and drop re-ordering
Live activity Clocked in employees will now see a live activity widget on their lock screen to keep on top of their shifts
