Growth

Custom cadence for Recurring Reviews and Surveys Launch manager 1:1s weekly, bi-weekly, or every other month, whichever pattern actually suits how your team works. The same applies to Surveys: pulse check-ins can be sprinkled across the quarter rather than fired every Monday, avoiding survey fatigue and getting more thoughtful responses.

Recurring Reviews Trend See how a team's scores are moving across cycles at a glance, without opening each cycle in turn. Useful for spotting a manager whose calibration is drifting, a department where scores are steadily climbing or a team that needs attention before the next review closes.

Onboarding

Edit Stages on a live onboarding Add, edit, or delete Stages on a joiner who's already partway through onboarding. Useful when a start date shifts, a new pre-boarding task comes up or a Stage needs to be removed because it no longer applies to them. Read more about Onboarding Stages.

Absence

Reorder request form fields Drag and drop to arrange the fields on an absence request form in whichever order makes most sense for that policy. The Instructions section stays pinned at the top so employees see any guidance before they start filling in the form, the rest is free to move.

Absence attachments in Documents Any file attached to an absence request (a sick note, a jury duty summons, a medical certificate) is mirrored into the Documents module. HR finds every relevant record in one place, without opening individual absence entries.

Attendance

Timesheet reminders for missed days Employees receive a reminder to log a timesheet on days they've missed. Timing and cadence are configurable from Attendance Schedule settings: daily nudges for shift-based teams, weekly digests for salaried teams, whatever suits your working pattern.

Conditional approval branching for Timesheets Route timesheet approvals down different paths based on conditions. Send overtime for department-head sign-off while clock-ins on the dot can be auto-approved.

Talent

Weekly Summary Email A weekly recruitment digest for admins and hiring managers, covering new applications, stage movement, and open roles so the hiring picture is visible at a glance without opening the ATS. Enable this notification in settings.

Integrations

API documentation on Scalar Zelt's public API documentation lives on Scalar, with cleaner layout, faster search and better navigation for partners building integrations.
