Attendance & Rota

Claim open shifts Employees can now see open shifts on their rota and claim them directly from their own schedule page, instead of waiting for an admin to assign. Learn more about publishing open shifts.

Planned vs actual Personal attendance calendar now shows planned vs actual side by side, making it easy to spot gaps between what was scheduled and what was worked.

Search the schedule The Schedule page now supports searching and filtering by employee or shift, useful on larger rotas.
