Tenure Pay Tiers Absence policies now support multi-tier pay rules based on length of service — for example, 100% for the first three months, 75% for the next three, then 50% thereafter. The correct tier is chosen automatically at leave start date. Useful for maternity, paternity, and long-term sick pay where entitlement drops in bands.

Work Pattern as a per-contract profile Work Pattern has been split out from the attendance schedule into a per-contract Pattern Profile. This allows for custom adjustments to employee's absence math, public holiday math, payroll day length, and salary proration.

Clock-out location restriction Clock-out now supports the same geolocation restrictions as clock-in, so employees can only clock out from valid site locations.

Manager permission for direct reports' rotas Managers can now be given permission to manage rota schedules for their direct reports, without needing full attendance-admin scope.
