Active Shifts widgets New dashboard widgets and iOS home-screen widgets show who's currently clocked in at a glance, providing live coverage without opening the schedule.

View rota by site or task The rota schedule has two new view modes: by site and by task. Useful for multi-site operations and task-based scheduling.

Free-text contract fields A new free-text field type lets you collect open-ended information from signatories during the contract signing flow, beyond the structured fields that existed before. Use cases include things like collecting "Preferred start date" and other non-regular information.

Custom witnesses Invite your own witness with a full name and email, useful when the witness isn't a Zelt employee. A blank witness flow is also supported for cases where the witness is added later by the employee themselves.

Parallel signing Send a contract to all signatories simultaneously, bypassing the sequential gate when speed matters more than order.

History tracking on custom sections Turn on history tracking when creating a custom section, and Zelt captures effective-dated records for that section. So you can manage time-bound information like certifications, role-specific data, or any other dated attribute alongside the profile.

Question filters A new question-level filter lets you orchestrate what questions are asked to managers, employees, their direct reports and peers based on the criteria. For example, skip the question if the employee is in Sales department.

Absence Catch Up If an absence is approved after a payrun has finalised but still falls within that period, the next payrun now picks it up automatically. No more silently dropped late approvals.

Drag-and-drop home screen Long-press to reorder dashboard widgets and Tools cards on iOS, so the app fits the way each person uses it.

iOS screen refreshes Continued redesigns across the iOS app: new onboarding UI, redesigned document details, absence list with a new filter page (approved/pending plus cycle), growth review and survey redesign, dark theme on the dashboard, and multiline profile sections.

Partner API improvements OAuth2 error responses now follow RFC 6749, the refresh-token flow accepts an optional redirect_uri, and WAF rate limiting is now scoped per partner instead of globally — so one partner's traffic spike no longer affects others.
