Offboarding redesigned end-to-end A new offboarding lobby gives admins a single place to manage everything a leaver needs to do. The exit can be staged: open the full offboarding checklist for someone without setting a leave date or triggering payroll, app, or pension side effects, so you can plan a clean exit before anything goes out the door.

Employee offboarding lobby Leavers see their own version of the lobby with the steps they need to complete. The lobby still works after a work account is deactivated — login uses the leaver's personal email with a 6-digit verification code, so they can finish their tasks even after leaving. Meaning leavers can access their payslips, P45, personal documents after leaving without contacting the HR team.

Per-user approval overrides Override the standard approval flow for specific people, without changing the company-wide rule. Useful when a manager is unavailable, on leave, or the standard chain doesn't apply to a particular case.

Enriched Absence requests page Columns for Notes, Approved by/on, Attachment, and single/multi-select fields are now togglable. See all details from the list of requests without clicking into each individual request.

Payslip preview in Draft Preview payslips as a single collective document before the payrun is processed, so any unexpected outputs are caught before payroll closes.

Better date calculations Subtracting two dates in a calculated field now returns a clean number of days rather than a raw object. Date format defaults to DD/MM/YY, with optional timestamp and format settings per field.
