Shift details Shifts now include additional information for your teams, sorting and reporting. You can now define a site for which the shift is intended for. You can also use tags for additional details, like including specific tasks, qualifications or any other information.

Rolled-up holiday pay Pay hourly staff their accrued holiday entitlement alongside their wages each period, with no separate booking required. This release adds an "Accrued annual leave payment" line worth 12.07% of the period's work hours, calculated against the employee's Average Hourly Rate. (Relevant for UK Casual Workers)

Absence rate setting Choose whether absence is paid at the employee's current rate or their average rate — useful when paying variable-hours staff who don't have a single fixed hourly rate.

Nested custom rules for company documents Administrators can now combine multiple criteria when setting up custom membership rules for company documents. Rules can target employees by department, site, and entity simultaneously — for example, allowing access to a specific document to employees in a specific department and a specific site.

Shift screens on iOS Managers can now see the current shift at a glance from their phone: who's clocked in, who's running late, and where they are on a map. Tap into any shift to see jobs and details, or manage it on the go.

Clock-in map Employees can see the clock-in zone on a map alongside their location, so it's clear whether they're in range before they tap clock in.

Claim shifts on mobile Open shifts now show up in the mobile Attendance app, so employees can pick up extra work on the go without needing to log in on a computer.
