You can now spot approved absences that overlap with timesheets. Any absence is highlighted in the page and overlaps are bright red - prompting approvers to take a closer look and review the timesheets.

New setting for time unit defines the smallest bookable unit for an absence policy. This setting determines how absences are recorded and can be configured as Full day, Half day or Custom (allowing for booking hours and minutes).

Compensation Insights

See a detailed breakdown of your pay by month, week, day or hour. You can see exactly how your pay is calculated by clicking on the salary figure in the profile.

Moving between payroll entities

In organisations with multiple payrolls, it’s common for employees to move between payroll entities. This process is now simpler and smoother, allowing transitions to be managed with minimal effort from administrators. Read more about it here.

Additional Voluntary Contributions

You can now make additional voluntary contributions to your pension, giving you the flexibility to add more on top of your standard contributions. Simply go to your benefits page and set up the top-up amount.

EPS Submissions

You can now preview and download EPS (Employer Payment Summary) directly from pay runs, making it easier to review and submit accurate payroll information. Read more about the EPS step here.
