Enhanced Attendance Rules
In this release we're adding more rules for managing employee's timesheets in Zelt.
Break Between Jobs Rule: Apply a multiplier if the break between jobs is not long enough.
Job Limit Rule: Apply a multiplier if time spent on performing a specific job exceeds the limit.

Schedule level permissions
You can allow managers and team leads access to specific attendance schedules, review and create shift entries and more. Without making them a full administrator of everyone's attendance details and records. Learn more about this new functionality here.
Performance Radar
Performance Radar makes it easy to visualise and compare performance review results across people and perspectives. By turning review scores into a clear, interactive radar chart, it helps teams quickly identify strengths, spot differences between Manager, Peer, Upward, and Self reviews, and align on fair, data-driven development and promotion discussions.
Other improvements
Automated tasks reminders Now team members with overdue tasks will automatically receive a reminder to complete any pending tasks in Zelt.
Duplicating cycles Once you set up your preferred process for Performance Reviews or Employee Surveys, you can duplicate cycles and all their settings in once click to save you set-up time.
Payslip improvements When processing payroll you will notice that all preview drawers now look the same across Summary page, Income and Deductions. Click on the item you want to edit or add new ones right from the same drawer. This helps you see all pay items at a time, without switching tabs or context.
ATS Beta
We’re excited to launch a beta of our new ATS functionality, designed to help you manage candidates, track hiring stages, and streamline recruitment directly in Zelt. This launch is part of our ongoing effort to streamline the full employee journey end to end, from hiring to onboarding, growth, and beyond. Early users are invited to join the beta trial for free.
