More clarity, automation, and flexibility in managing pay runs and statutory contributions.
Statutory Payment Automation
Statutory maternity and sick pay are now automatically applied based on absences recorded in Zelt. This enhancement deepens the integration between absence tracking and payroll, helping teams stay compliant while reducing manual data entry. Learn more here.
Streamlined Payroll Workflow
The payroll flow now includes clearer labels, a distinct separation between import and export actions, and improvements to the pay items drawer. Pay run statuses will now indicate whether there are pending actions.

Fixed Amount Pension Contributions
It is now possible to define pension contributions as either a percentage of base pay or as a fixed pound amount. This provides greater control over how UK pension enrolments are configured.

It is now possible to analyse people insights page by group—such as department, site, or gender. This allows for a more granular understanding of retention, internal mobility, and workforce composition.

Manual Participant Management for Rolling Reviews
Additional participants can now be added manually to rolling performance reviews, beyond those selected automatically by criteria. This supports greater agility in tailoring review cycles.
Other improvements
Smart contracts can now be downloaded in partially signed states, directly from the document list.
Checklist tasks now support richer formatting options.
