Rolling 365-day balance for absence policies Unlimited absence policies now support a trailing 365-day balance window instead of a fixed cycle. Toggle it per policy in settings, and Zelt handles the rolling calculation across balances, Insights, and payroll — so usage shows the last 365 days at any point in time rather than resetting on a fixed date. Onboarding Stages lets you group your onboarding steps into named phases — Offer Stage, Pre-boarding, Onboarding — so joiners see exactly what needs doing at each moment, rather than being handed one overwhelming checklist on day zero. It shifts onboarding from a flat list to a paced journey: pre-boarding tasks show up before start, day-one steps unlock on day one, and the first-month work appears when they're ready for it.

Job Boards page A new end-of-flow page lists supported job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more), with board-specific XML feeds so postings syndicate correctly to each board's schema. Read more.

Higher screening question limit ATS screening question limits have been raised beyond the previous cap, useful for roles that need deeper qualification. You can now add up to 100 form questions for your applications.

More popular contract fields Additional widely-used fields have been added to the contract field picker, reducing custom-field setup for common contract templates.

Task reminder improvements Task reminders now nudge on upcoming work rather than overdue work. From Settings → Notifications, admins can enable the renamed Summary of upcoming tasks reminder and set how many days ahead it should fire, so employees hear about a task with time to act rather than an after-the-fact "you missed this". The reminder email lists each task by name and due date, so recipients can glance at what's coming without opening the app first.

Manager access to payslips A new manager scope lets managers view payslips for their direct reports, without needing full payroll-admin permissions. Useful for team leads who need to answer pay-related questions without escalating.

Bulk Send Contracts Now you can select multiple employees in the Document owner field and issue the same document to all of them in a single action, useful for annual contract refreshes, minimum-wage uplift letters, updated handbook acknowledgements, or any moment where the same content needs to land with a defined group of people.

HEIC file uploads HEIC (iPhone photo format) files can now be uploaded across all modules that accept file uploads, so iPhone photos no longer need converting before upload.
