Attendance to Payroll

New Action Items

We’ve refreshed the design of Action Items to help you stay on top of tasks with ease. Now, you can quickly see all pending tasks for your company, your team, and yourself, all in one place. With a clearer overview, you can enjoy full transparency and avoid any roadblocks, making task management feel more seamless and less overwhelming.

People Insights

A new page added to your Reports app, featuring analytics of your company's headcount. Stay on top of your retention rate, internal mobility, average tenure and much more. This is a first in a series of new reports coming to the platform soon.

Mobile Apps

Zelt is available for your Android and iOS devices. In this release we are bringing out multiple performance improvements for both platforms as well as new features.

  • Onboarding Quick and simple way to fill out the profile and complete onboarding tasks right from the app

  • Action items Stay on top of requests and tasks like expense approvals, time off requests and more

  • Time management Clock in and clock out from the mobile app, fill in timesheets, review holiday balances and see team's calendar.

Devices

Scheduled Wipe feature for MDM-enrolled devices makes offboarding and security management easier than ever. Whether reclaiming company devices or ensuring sensitive data is removed at the right time, you can now set an automatic wipe in advance—removing the risk of delays or manual intervention. This helps businesses stay compliant, protect company information, and streamline device turnover with minimal effort.

Zelt Recipes

We are launching an extension to our Knowledge Center, to help company administrators and managers get the most out of Zelt features. We will be releasing case studies and how-to's to help you and your team optimise processes within a single system. This month we're answering How can we manage Learning and Development in Zelt?

Other Improvements

Improved Reviews Design and Autosave for Reviews We have been working closely with the early adopters of Growth features in Zelt and this release we are bringing out significant improvements to the design and usability.

Expenses and Benefits Managing benefits via expenses now automatically links every expense request to the associated benefit.

Auto approval from approver If a request for absence is created by the approver (admin or a manager) it will be saved as approved automatically.

Attendance notes Further expanding functionality of attendance module, employees can now add notes to every job logged in a day.

More operators for Reports Filter by greater/less than. This extends to rolling reviews as well, allowing you to invite participants if their start date is greater than 30 days.

Goldman Sachs added to Banks Exporting CSV in the upload-ready format to simplify payroll payments.
