Review filters In results and calibration pages you can apply simple or rule-based filters to focus on a specific group of people you're analysing.

Rich text for questions Review and survey questions can use rich text formatting (bold, italic, links, and line breaks) for clearer, more structured question writing.

Publishing control A setting to "Allow managers to publish results" lets company choose whether managers can share results directly, or whether admins publish after calibration. Defaults to on to match existing manager experience.

Custom rules on company documents Company documents can be gated by Custom Rule filters. For example, make a policy available only to senior engineers in the UK. Match the audience precisely without maintaining multiple copies of the same document.

Bulk import OKRs Import goals and Key Results via CSV or Excel. Useful when rolling out a company-wide OKR structure for the first time.

Custom rules on Goals and OKRs Goals and OKRs can be assigned to a group of employees using Custom Rule filters, so you can roll out the same objective to everyone matching a set of criteria. For example, all engineers on level 4+, or all sales staff in the London office, instead of assigning person-by-person.

Editable rate and units Rate and units are editable directly on paylines in the payrun, so admins can fine-tune automatic calculations without leaving the payrun view.

Editable holiday payline The holiday payline is calculated as hours × rate and is editable directly in the payrun, giving admins control over adjustments before finalising.

iPad Terminal refinements The iPad Terminal app supports the early clock-in cap set on attendance rules, so employees can't clock in earlier than the rule allows. Non-expiring pairing codes are also supported for review flows that need a stable pairing.

Web clock widget: timezone-aware For global teams, the web clock widget supports the correct shift date across timezones. Shifts spanning midnight or served to remote workers are clearly visible in your own local timezone.

Archive Reviews, Surveys, Contract templates, Job Positions and Attendance Schedules Any of these can now be archived instead of deleted, keeping the history intact but out of active workflows and drop-downs. Each area gets Active, Archived, and All tabs for easy navigation, and archiving is fully reversible — so nothing is lost when a template or cycle is retired for now.

Terminal PIN in Settings (iOS + Android) When your company has a connected iPad Terminal, employees can now see their Terminal PIN directly in the app Settings so they can look it up on their own instead of asking an admin.

Shift details page with tags and site (Android) A dedicated shift details page on Android shows the shift's tags and site information when tapping into a shift.

Clock-in map (Android) For attendance schedules with geolocation settings enabled, Android now shows the site geofence map at clock-in, so employees can see whether they're in range before tapping.

Local timezone support across attendance (Android) All attendance-related pages on Android now honour local timezone, with schedule-based time handling for attendance entries supporting Global teams working across timezones.
