This article covers key functionality in your Zelt account.

Zelt is your all-in-one platform for managing HR-related tasks like booking time off, checking salary, updating your details, and more. Here's how to get started and make the most of it.

Logging In and Onboarding

Use your work email address to log in at https://go.zelt.app/login. If it’s your first time, check your personal email for the invite to set up your password.

Upon logging in, complete your onboarding tasks (e.g. uploading ID, tax details) before your official start date to gain full access.

Booking Time Off

You can book time off in the mobile app or in your desktop application. Click on the + button in the top left of your screen to quickly add a new booking. Otherwise, you can navigate to the dedicated Absence app to see your balance, previous bookings and add more.

  • Click on the Time module in the main menu on the left.

  • Select the policy you'd like to make a booking for.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If you work irregular hours, your holiday allowance may be shown in hours instead of days to ensure accurate tracking. Click on the allowance box to see more details.

Checking Your Salary and Payslips

If you are receiving salary via Zelt, you will have a quick and easy access to all your payslips and previous payments.

  • Go to Money app in the main menu on the left.

  • Navigate to Salary tab.

  • Here you’ll find your latest payslips and any other reports (P60, P45 and more)

If you are a contractor, you may not see Salary but you will be able to raise Invoices and view previously approved invoices in Zelt.

Pension and Benefits

If you are a member of any workplace benefits, you will be able to access them in Zelt. Review your balance, see details of a benefits provider, opt in or opt out, change contributions, add claims and more.

  • Go to Money app in the main menu on the left.

  • Navigate to Benefits tab.

  • Click on the benefit you'd like to see the details for.

Managing Your Profile

  • Access your profile by clicking on your avatar at the bottom left or clicking on your profile widget from the dashboard.

  • Click the pencil icon next to any section to update your personal or contact information. In case you are adding a new future record, for example future address, click "Add new" and add the correct future effective date when you will be based at the new place.

Some information may not be available to edit, please contact your company administrator or your manager to help you.

Attendance & Timesheets

  • If attendance tracking is required, you will see a dashboard widget. To review and add timesheets you can also go to Time → Attendance → Timesheets.

  • Submit timesheets weekly or monthly via Actions → Auto-populate or Copy from last week.

  • Edit existing submissions by selecting a day and clicking Edit in the side drawer.

  • If you need to Clock-in and Clock-out, you will see a widget with Shift details on your dashboard.
